Who this applies to

This policy explains how Svitlana Iustin (“I”, “me”) handles the personal information you choose to share through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa.

What I collect

When you use the enquiry form I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your preferred session type and format, and any short note you choose to include about what you are looking for.

I do not collect special or sensitive information beyond what you voluntarily share in your message. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing at this stage.

Why I collect it

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a first conversation or session, and to stay in touch with you about the support you have asked about.

Consent

By submitting the enquiry form you consent to your information being processed for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me.

How it is stored and shared

Your information is kept confidential and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be processed through the email and website tools used to operate this practice, which apply their own security measures.

Where a concern falls outside my scope of practice, any onward referral is discussed with you first.

How long it is kept

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain appropriate records of the support provided, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. To make any such request, please get in touch.
