As long as we are willing to look inward, change remains possible.

A calm first conversation can be the beginning.

Approach

A grounded space to understand yourself more deeply.

I work with individuals navigating patterns, emotional challenges, burnout, addiction-related patterns, relationship difficulties, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. My work combines psychosocial support with subconscious and holistic perspectives, drawing from counselling, RTT, the Dr Demartini Method, and integrative modalities — adapted to the needs of each individual.

Reflections

What people have shared

During my session I felt very relaxed and safe. She truly helped me to feel more confident in myself, and I still listen to the recording she made for me before bed.

Cord Cutting was especially helpful in reducing negative thoughts and gaining clarity in situations where I felt stuck. She held the space beautifully and cares deeply about her clients' progress.

Several of these healing modalities changed my life. Cord cutting helped release me from toxic relationships and bad memories from my past, and the work gave me a push to truly take care of my health.

Philosophy

Less pressure. More awareness. Deeper integration.

The Whole Person

Lasting change happens when people are given the space to understand themselves more deeply — not only through behaviour, but through awareness of the mind, nervous system, subconscious patterns, beliefs, emotions, and the deeper inner experiences that shape the way they move through life.

Neuroplasticity

Modern understanding of neuroplasticity shows the brain's ability to reorganise and form new pathways. Deeper inner work can support greater clarity, meaning, intuition, and personal alignment — creating space for lasting and sustainable change.

Energy & Environment

Each individual is influenced not only by thoughts and beliefs, but by the energy they carry, the environments they move through, and the deeper connection they have with themselves and their lives.

Grounded Change

Through reflection, self-awareness, and the use of integrative tools and approaches, longstanding patterns can begin to shift. Change becomes more sustainable when it is calm, practical, and integrated into real life.
