Meet Svitlana
My path into this work began with a question medicine couldn’t fully answer: why do people stay stuck, even when they understand their patterns?
Trained first as a pharmacist in Ukraine, I moved toward the deeper work of emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and lasting change. Today I hold a calm, non-judgemental space where people can understand themselves more clearly — and begin to shift what has felt fixed.
Over the years, my studies expanded into counselling, subconscious work, integrative approaches, and holistic modalities. My work today combines grounded psychosocial support with deeper inner work, drawing from RTT trained through the Marisa Peer School, the Dr Demartini Method, Modern Mystery School training, and other integrative practices.
I believe meaningful change becomes possible when people begin to understand themselves more clearly — through awareness of their beliefs, thought patterns, emotional responses, subconscious conditioning, and the surrounding energy and environment that influence each individual.

Who she works with
Individuals navigating patterns, burnout, emotional overwhelm, addiction-related challenges, relationship difficulties, self-worth, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
Her approach
Integrative, combining psychosocial support with subconscious and holistic perspectives — grounded, reflective, and deeply adapted to the needs of the individual.
Her intention
To create a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where people can explore themselves honestly, reconnect with their inner direction, and create more sustainable and meaningful change.
Training that informs the work.
A calm first step, whenever you’re ready.
A gentle first conversation can help clarify the kind of support, structure, or referral that may be appropriate.
