Meet Svitlana
My path into this work began through a long-standing interest in the connection between emotional wellbeing, human behaviour, and personal transformation.
Originally trained as a pharmacist in Ukraine, I later found myself drawn toward understanding the deeper patterns that shape how people experience life — relationships, addiction, burnout, emotional overwhelm, apathy, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
Over the years, my studies expanded into counselling, subconscious work, integrative approaches, and holistic modalities. My work today combines grounded psychosocial support with deeper inner work, drawing from RTT trained through the Marisa Peer School, the Dr Demartini Method, Modern Mystery School training, and other integrative practices.
I believe meaningful change becomes possible when people begin to understand themselves more clearly — through awareness of their beliefs, thought patterns, emotional responses, subconscious conditioning, and the energy that's surrounding influences each individual.
True transformation cannot happen by working on one part of a person in isolation. I see each individual as a whole — made up of the physical body, the mind, and the energetic field that extends beyond both: the frequency at which a person vibrates and moves through the world. These three areas are deeply interconnected; what lives in one will always express itself in the others. That is why my approach addresses all three, creating the conditions for genuine healing and lasting transformation.
